Simple to Use

IntelliLender is step-by-step, wizard like loan origination software that guides staff members and applicants through a transparent process toward an appropriate decision. A drop down menu allows staff to choose a specific step for review or input, but usually it's just a matter of clicking the "Next" button to move to the following step. "Comments" buttons allow for explanations to be attached so supervisors can easily see what thinking led to either the approving of the loan or the application being sent to them for their authorization.

IntelliLender is designed to take a loan application from "Come right in!" to "So that's what we can do for you!" without wasting anybody's time or overlooking any financial components or risk factors. Many of the demographic details about the client are automatically merged from the banking system into IntelliLender, thus saving staff time. Previous loan applications by the client are retained within IntelliLender's own memory; therefore, for most applicants, a few updates are all that will be needed to complete the loan request.

IntelliLender is designed to link to the "Documents" functionality in ACE and allows review of any relevant past documents. It can, via this same link, provide staff with new documents needed for signatures on the loan now being discussed. These can be your customized corporate documents created in Microsoft Word and they can be linked as packages referenced to specific loan products.

IntelliLender is programmed to alert staff about missing information. When staff click to "Save" a loan application, the software directs them back to any step where they omitted to input essential data. Thus IntelliLender makes staff more efficient than is humanly possible!
