IMPLEMENTATION

During our initial implementation period Neocog will provide: Gap Analysis During this stage Neocog staff will work with your staff to determine the initial data requirements and identify gaps between the core Cognito data structures and what is required to support management reporting and analysis for your organization.

Set-up of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis
and SQL Reporting Services

During the implementation your organization will be set-up with a pre-defined set of cubes that have been based on the majority of financial institutions organizational data.

Data Aggregation
During this stage Neocog staff will identify the data sources, automate the acquisition of these data sources where possible, and bring the data elements into a common location to source the Cognito cubes.

Cognito Engine Configuration
Configuring the Cognito engine includes defining to the engine the various products, transactions, and other core elements required by the Cognito cubes. The way that such dimensions are organized are completely at the discretion of your organization and such choices will be determined and implemented at this time by working with your staff.

Customization
After the core engine functionality is in place, Neocog staff will implement the customizations determined through the gap analysis process. This will include but is not limited to:

  • Aggregating third party data sets such as Credential or Concentra into the cubes
  • The set-up of member segmentation routines and other organizational specific flags or indicators
  • The set-up and definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
